Kite Flight

Mowgli, Bagheera and Baloo are surprised by the arrival of Bala, who is in a panic because Cheel the Kite has flown off with Lali. When Bala and Mowgli are on their way to the wolves’ lair, Mowgli is also taken by the giant bird. After a scary ride in Cheels’ powerful talons, he finds that Cheel has taken Lali to his nest and that Cheel has rescued them from something even more deadly. A black cobra has staked itself out in territory very close to the wolves. After chasing the cobra off, Mowgli and his friends wave a very grateful goodbye to the proud kite.
